1. Introduction

Welcome to EnglishApp (the "App"), operated by Ellii Learning Company ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.

3. User Account

To access certain features of the App, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep this information up-to-date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Subscription Purchases and Management

All purchases of EnglishApp subscriptions are handled through the Apple App Store (for iOS users) and the Google Play Store (for Android users). By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the respective platform’s terms of sale and billing policies.

(a) Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.

(b) To cancel your subscription or manage billing preferences, you must do so directly through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

(c) Refunds: All refund requests must be made through the platform where the purchase was completed. We do not process refunds directly.

7. Prohibited Actions

You agree not to:

(a) Download, copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, or sell any content or information obtained from the App.

(b) Share your subscription or access credentials with others.

(c) Use the App for any commercial purpose or for the benefit of any third party.

(d) Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the App’s source code.

(e) Use the App in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or networks.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our discretion, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or any applicable law. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ellii Learning Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the effective date. Your continued use of the App after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
